Due to continued expansion and additions to our event calendar the Monster Energy Events Team are currently looking to add people to our roster of freelance event crew.


Operating out of our Events HQ in Munich Germany

The role involves – 

  • European wide travel to events
  • Warehouse work before and after events 
  • Build and breakdown of structures
  • Heavy manual labour
  • Long distance driving
  • Safe working practices

To be successful in applying for this role you must have

  • Previous demonstrable experience of at least one of the elements above

  • HGV C+E licence
  • European driving experience in a professional capacity

Digital Asset Management Coordinator

The role of the Digital Asset Management Coordinator is to increase the Organization’s capacity to ingest, appraise, organize, store, protect, catalog, and provide access to digital materials (digitized and born-digital).

Essential Job Functions:

- Become immersed in the Monster Energy’s environment to gain a thorough understanding of internal and external departmental needs
- Identify unique ways to organize and manage the entire digital asset life cycle from creation to distribution, production, and archiving
- Demonstrate understanding of legal issues around asset use and create solutions that serve business, creative, and legal requirements
- Assist with the creation of case studies/user stories and reporting/user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify and prioritize requirements and workflow
- Participate in the development and maintenance of asset metadata models incorporating industry standards unique requirements
- Understand tools available internally and externally to devise solutions that are flexible for our organization’s use while making our process more efficient
- Develop a thorough understanding of user needs and how these differ to suggest solutions that work for individual audiences
- Conduct DAM user training for different audiences both internal and external
- Participate in the larger DAM enterprise direction and solutions Management maintains the right to add or change the duties of this position at any time.
- Clearly present products of work and reporting to Digital Asset Manager or Supervisor Support outside vendors and contractors working with the DAM
- Provide excellent service and support to those using they DAM, going above and beyond to arrange, describe, preserve, and provide access to digital assets

Position Requirements:

- Demonstrated success working with digital assets
- Demonstrated commitment going above and beyond to help customers, system users, or patrons
- Proven success as a key member of a team
-    An understanding of Digital Marketing and / or Sports Marketing 
-    Able to apply sound judgment while working independently within tight timelines
-    Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to excellence
-    In possession of articulate communication skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
-    Fanatical about creating order from disorder
-    Hands-on technical experience with library systems, content management systems (CMSs), or other large searchable databases used in the creation of web pages, media, or research 
-    Understands the critical importance of timelines & willing to put in extra work in order to meet timelines
-    Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products
-    Familiarity with standard office software
